Integra Wellbeing is a people focused business created by Gail McKay ex. CEO of a young people’s training charity, and Business Consultant, aimed at supporting employers / employees / teachers and students in their own environments to help people with mental health issues.
Our mission is to empower people to recognise when a colleague/friend/stranger needs help to deal with a mental health issue and to remove the stigma associated with mental illness.
Healthy people are happier, more engaged and more productive. Employers are acting now ahead of the anticipated Government requirement to have work-based Mental Health First Aiders similar to Physical First Aiders in every workplace. Our courses are offered at a variety of levels to suit time and financial situations.
